  • Anonymous Usage Data: Anonymized technical logs (browser type, operating system, page views) used strictly for performance optimization and error monitoring.
  • Sensitive Data Exclusion: We never request, collect, or store your cryptographic private keys, seed phrases, hardware wallet PINs, or exchange credentials.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is used solely for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Scheduling, coordinating, and delivering requested educational sessions.
  • Responding to direct inquiries and curriculum questions.
  • Transmitting invoice receipts and post-session syllabus summaries.
  • Complying with South African statutory tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade personal data to third parties or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention & Security

Personal inquiry records are stored on encrypted, access-restricted databases located within secure hosting facilities. We retain contact details only for as long as necessary to fulfill the educational engagement, or up to five (5) years where required by South African corporate record legislation.

Under South African POPIA and applicable data protection regulations, you possess the right to:
