Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms governing refunds, appointment rescheduling, session cancellations, and tuition reimbursement for educational services.

1. Overview of Educational Service Policy

At Luno Knowledge Hub Advisory & Research (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering the highest caliber of objective, high-rigor cryptographic education. Because our advisory sessions involve dedicated time reservations with senior research educators, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the exact conditions governing cancellations, rescheduling, and fee adjustments.

2. Cancellation Notice & Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%)

  • Notice Period: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you submit a written cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your educational session.
  • Processing Time: Full refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method (electronic bank transfer or credit card).

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Notice Period: If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled session, a 50% partial refund will be issued to cover reserved instructor time and preliminary curriculum preparation.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours advance notice are non-refundable.
  • Session No-Shows: If a participant fails to join a scheduled video briefing within 15 minutes of the start time without prior written notice, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Completed Sessions: Once an educational session, workshop, or institutional briefing has been delivered, the fee is entirely non-refundable.
  • Custom Institutional Research: Fees for bespoke technical research reports, customized syllabus development, or architecture audit deliverables already completed are non-refundable.

3. Complimentary Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected technical or personal conflicts occur. We offer flexible rescheduling options:

  • Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule any 1-on-1 session at no additional cost up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Limit on Rescheduling: Each booked session may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times, after which the booking must proceed or be cancelled under the terms above.

4. Refund Request Process

To submit a formal refund or cancellation request:

  1. Send an email to contact@devharborcore.click with the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Booking Date].
  2. Provide your original invoice number and banking details (for South African EFT processing).
  3. Our Cape Town finance department will acknowledge receipt within 24 business hours and confirm the calculated refund amount.
