- Client Responsibilities: Learners are responsible for maintaining a secure personal computing environment. Our instructors will never request, record, or accept custody of real private keys or seed phrases.
- Rescheduling & Cancellation: Inquiries and rescheduling requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Luno Knowledge Hub Advisory & Research (Pty) Ltd, its directors, researchers, or instructors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of digital assets, lost profits, key mismanagement, hardware malfunction, or operational errors—arising out of the use or inability to use the educational materials or consultations provided.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
